Return Window

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if the fine art print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Conditions

Due to the custom-made nature of our fine art prints, we only accept returns if:

  • The print is defective or damaged.
  • The print you received is different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect size, design, or framing option).

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized prints, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Prints that are in good condition and match the description provided at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@chaipeau.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly; we will provide you with the necessary return information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace prints if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your print for the same product, please contact us at contact@chaipeau.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
