Frequently asked questions

To ensure quality and uniqueness, each chaipeau art piece is custom-made — please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality control. Once your order ships, you'll receive a DHL tracking number so you can monitor its progress to your doorstep.

  • Standard Shipping: delivery estimated within 3–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: delivery estimated within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Due to the custom nature of each chaipeau piece, returns and exchanges are typically not accepted. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 30 days of receipt so we can assist you.

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Replacement Policy: We’ll quickly repair or replace items that were damaged during transit.
