Camouflage is nature's art of invisibility. With Sand Scales, I wanted to reveal the beauty hidden in that adaptation—the way the viper's pattern mirrors the stones and shadows of its environment. By guiding the algorithm through a low-angle perspective, I placed the viewer on the ground with the animal, emphasizing its connection to the sand and the immense scale of the canyon rising behind it.
